We are hiring kitchen and counter crew for Fire Wings & Pizza and Henry’s Sandwiches, two new stalls at Country Market Food Hall.

Kitchen Lead – Pizza & Grill

Fire Wings & PizzaHenry’s Sandwiches

Full-time Pay: 11–14M VND/month

What you will do

  • Lead the kitchen on shift: pizza (dough made in-house), wings and deli-style sandwiches
  • Run the pizza oven, Unox combi oven, induction, fryers, griddle, panini press and dough mixer
  • Cook roast pork and Italian-style beef in-house; control portions and quality
  • Keep food safety standards, receive deliveries, count stock and coach new crew

What you bring

  • 1+ year in a pizza, Western or grill kitchen; shift-lead experience is a plus
  • Able to make and proof pizza dough
  • Fast and clean, steady in the GrabFood rush
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays

Kitchen Crew – Pizza & Wings

Fire Wings & Pizza

Full-time Pay: 7.5–9.5M VND/month

What you will do

  • Portion and stretch dough, top and bake pizzas to recipe
  • Wings: sauce and finish in the oven; cook the fries
  • Keep the station clean and food-safe; help on the sandwich station at peak times

What you bring

  • Kitchen or pizza experience is a plus; we train people who are quick and keen to learn
  • Clean, punctual, a good team player
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays

Kitchen Crew – Sandwich

Henry’s Sandwiches

Full-time Pay: 7.5–9.5M VND/month

What you will do

  • Prep and slice deli meats and cheese, prepare vegetables and sauces
  • Build sandwiches to recipe on the griddle and panini press
  • Help cook the roast pork and Italian beef; back up the pizza station at peak times
  • Keep the station clean, labelled and stored correctly

What you bring

  • Basic knife skills, careful and quick; Western kitchen, bánh mì or sandwich experience is a plus
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays

Front Counter / Cashier

Fire Wings & PizzaHenry’s Sandwiches

Full-time Pay: 7–9M VND/month

What you will do

  • Greet guests, take orders and payments on the POS
  • Run GrabFood orders on the tablet, pack them and hand them to riders on time
  • Recommend dishes and combos; reconcile cash at the end of the shift
  • Keep the counter and area clean

What you bring

  • Friendly, honest, careful with cash; POS or delivery-app experience is a plus
  • Basic English is a big plus
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays

Weekend Part-timer – Counter & Packing

Fire Wings & PizzaHenry’s Sandwiches

Part-time Pay: 27,000–32,000 VND/hour

What you will do

  • Take orders and pack GrabFood orders
  • Help the counter and the kitchen
  • Keep the area clean

What you bring

  • Age 18 or over, quick and friendly
  • Committed to a weekend schedule

Shifts

Morning and evening shifts, rotating on a weekly roster.

Shift times09:00–17:00 / 14:30–22:30

Days per week6 days

Weekends and public holidays are part of the roster.
